We hold licensed provider records, federal inspection citations, a documented cost model, county income and housing figures, and published wage data. Most sites in this category publish opinion. These pages publish findings, computed from the database every time the page loads, with the gaps named rather than filled.
What every piece carries
- An answer-first summary a reporter can quote without editing, with every figure in it computed at request time.
- At least one accessible chart, drawn inline, with a screen-reader table behind it.
- The full data table, and the same rows as a downloadable CSV.
- A copyable citation, a methodology section, and the primary sources.
- A limits section that says plainly what the analysis cannot tell you. No piece ships without one.

If the database cannot support a claim, the claim does not appear. No figure on any of these pages is typed in by hand. Deficiency and inspection data is never framed as a verdict on a facility, and we do not rank or name facilities on those grounds. Cost figures always carry their hours basis and survey vintage. Nothing here is written to alarm.
