REIT Ownership of Nursing Homes by State
CMS-disclosed REIT ownership currently marks 37 nursing homes across 12 states and territories in our directory.
What the numbers mean
REIT labels come only from the CMS SNF All Owners column REIT - OWNER = Y on the selected parent organization.
Blank or N values stay false. Names are never used to guess REIT status.

Methodology
A facility counts as REIT-linked only when its selected parent organization has organizations.is_reit = true.
That flag is copied from CMS REIT - OWNER = Y.
Limits
REIT disclosure is a CMS structured field, not a market classification we invent.
Homes without a linked parent organization cannot appear as REIT-linked in this cut.
