How We Make Money

What's always free and never gated: every cost figure, every provider listing, every rating and inspection record, every guide. If you never give us your name, you can still see everything. That's a promise, and it's the whole point of this site.

How we earn

1. Connection requests you control. If you pick communities you want to hear from (say, your top 3) and ask us to connect you, those providers pay us for the introduction. You choose who gets your number. We never send it anywhere else, and the full list of licensed providers stays visible whether anyone pays us or not. Paying never improves a provider's rating and never hides their inspection record.
2. Clearly labeled sponsorships. Some providers pay for enhanced profiles: photos, extra details, placement in slots marked "Sponsored." The label is always visible.
3. Ads and referral links. Some pages carry ads or referral links to related products, like medical alert systems. If we'd earn from a link, we say so on that page.

What we never do: sell your information to anyone you didn't ask to hear from. Accept payment to change a rating, hide a violation, or remove a listing. Write our guides to favor whoever pays us.

If you ever spot us breaking one of these rules, email us. We'll fix it and publish the correction.
