Where our information comes from. Every factual claim on this site traces to a primary source: federal databases (CMS, Census, VA), state licensing agencies, or official program documentation (Medicaid.gov, state Medicaid plans). Each page lists its sources and the date the data was retrieved.

How pages are produced. Our research desk uses data pipelines and AI writing systems governed by one hard rule: the system is never asked to know facts. Facts come from the sourced database, and the writing explains them. Claims that can't be tied to a source don't get published. The methodology page has the full detail.

What our numbers are. Cost figures are estimates built from published surveys, government wage data, and market signals. They are real ranges, not quotes, and your price will vary. We show ranges and publish our method so you can judge our numbers yourself.

What this site is not. Not medical advice, not legal advice, not financial advice. We handle the information. The professionals in your life handle the advice.

When data is missing or wrong. Missing data shows as missing. We don't fill gaps with guesses. If you find an error, use the report link on any page. Corrections are logged publicly: corrections.

Providers: if your listing is inaccurate, claim it and submit corrections with documentation. Corrections fix data errors. They never remove accurate inspection history.
