Accessibility

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA on public pages. Automated axe checks run in our staging and production QA suites; we fix serious and critical findings before treating a surface as launch-ready.

What we commit to

  • Semantic headings, labels, and keyboard-reachable controls on core flows.
  • Color contrast that meets our design tokens and CI budgets.
  • No reliance on color alone for status on trust and form surfaces.
  • Optional Atkinson Hyperlegible font toggle where the design system provides it.

Known limitations

  • Large data tables (provider compare, admin QA) may be cumbersome with some screen readers; we keep column headers and avoid layout tables for content.
  • Third-party embeds or maps, when present, may not meet the same bar as our first-party pages.
  • PDF downloads of printed pages depend on browser print engines; for accessible reading, prefer the live HTML page.

Report an accessibility issue

Email [email protected] with the page URL, what you tried to do, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to prioritize fixes that block core tasks (finding costs, reading a listing, submitting a shortlist request).
