Rent range for this county
HUD fair market rent · FY2026
This is HUD’s fair market rent for Pulaski County, not a quoted rent for this property. Income-restricted properties usually charge a share of income instead.
$706 to $926per month
The low end is HUD’s one-bedroom figure and the high end is the two-bedroom figure for the same county. HUD’s very low income threshold for a one-person household in this county is about $26,400 a year, roughly 50 percent of area median income. That is the line most Section 8 and income-restricted senior housing programs use. It is a figure for the county, not this property’s cutoff, because each program sets its own limit. Ask the property which one applies. This is a rent for the area, not a price for care, and it does not include any care services.
