Wyoming
Participant-Direction (self-direction option within HCBS waivers, incl. Community Choices Waiver)
Official Wyoming Dept. of Health page states that for the Community Choices Waiver (CCW), a participant 'may hire your spouse under limited circumstances — specifically if they are not legally authorized to make financial decisions on your behalf, and if your circumstances make it necessary.' For DD waivers, a spouse of the legally authorized representative (employer) generally cannot be an employee. Adult-child eligibility is not explicitly addressed.
