Personal Options (Aged and Disabled Waiver — self-directed model)
Per WV Bureau for Medical Services (BMS) program description, Personal Options lets members hire, train, supervise, and terminate their own workers; legally responsible persons (spouse) are prohibited, though adult children and other non-legally-responsible relatives may be hired.
