Structured Family Caregiving (HOPE Waiver)
Per SD Dept. of Human Services / Dept. of Social Services official Structured Family Caregiving guidance, the state 'encourages the employment of spouses, parents or adult children' as the principal caregiver; non-relative 'fictive kin' may also qualify.
Also: Family Support 360 Program (primarily serves the I/DD population, also self-directed)
