Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services and Supports (CDPASS)
Oklahoma Administrative Code (317:30-5-761, cited via OKDHS/OHCA official policy) allows OKDHS Community Aging & Physical Disability (CAP) services to authorize a member's legally-responsible spouse or legal guardian as a paid ADvantage personal care provider only in extraordinary circumstances, after all other options have proven infeasible.
