Kentucky
Participant-Directed Services (PDS) — formerly the Consumer Directed Option (CDO)
Official CHFS page states participants 'may hire friends, neighbors, some provider agencies and certain family members' — it does not specify which family relationships (e.g., spouse) qualify.
